This is Dusty.  Dusty belonged to our very good friends, Sharon & Richard.  Dusty appeared on their doorstep with his brother Delbert as a kitten.  Naturally Sharon & Richard, being the kind people and animal lovers that they are, took them in and proceeded to shower them with love and spoil them rotten.

Then one day, at just seven years old, Dusty got sick and was diagnosed with cancer.  Their Veterinarian thought he would respond well to chemotherapy.  Dusty did improve and seemed to do well for a while.  Unfortunately the cancer came back and to quote Richard, "The Angels came back to Earth and then took Dusty back home."
